Brit Sofia Udam is a lawyer and licensed trial counsel in Finland, fluent in three languages- finnish, estonian and english. She advises clients across borders in Entertainment & IP, Business & Corporate Law, Family Affairs, and Criminal Advocacy.
Educated across Europe, she holds law degrees from Tallinn University, Maastricht University, and the University of Helsinki, with specializations in EU Law and International Corporate & Commercial Law.
Her practice covers commercial partnerships and corporate growth, dispute resolution and governance frameworks, as well as sensitive family matters and criminal defense.
Induja Jalajadevi is a legal expert with 10+ years’ experience in litigation, research, and international advocacy across civil, contract, administrative, gender, anti-discrimination, and children’s rights law.
In Finland, she has supported clients with KELA, immigration, and social services. She has contributed to reports on labour rights in garment supply chains, researched responsible business practices and HRIAs in sectors like coal and platform work.
She holds a Master’s in International Law and Human Rights from Åbo Akademi University.
